Nothing much to write these days. Just trying to build up my patriotic side by listening to army songs. I’ve been attending numerous meetings in this new office. Eventhough quite tiring, it also serves as a training ground for me to really understand the job and the scenario of the industry right now.
I met my old boss during a meeting and we talk about my bro who is covering my work in HQ. Most of it seemed like complaints but the real problems is communication between leaders and subordinate. My ex boss and super boss need to learn the skills to communicate anything that they are not please with to their subordinat. Keeping the matters to themselves will not solve anything. Guess I had to leave it to them.
